On New Year’s Day, in Florida, Leonard A. Lauder, the chairman emeritus of the Estée Lauder Companies in New York and the senior member of its board, married Judith Ellis Glickman, an accomplished photographer whose work is part of the collections of the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington. Lauder is a renowned art collector, who recently donated a vast Cubism collection to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Manhattan.
 
Both had been widowed. Lauder had previously been married to Evelyn Lauder, the pioneer behind breast cancer research and many of the beauty firm’s strongest launches, for more than 50 years. She passed away in 2011.
